Enhancing digital images
One issue I had when I was new to editing photos was when I tried to add little improvements to my raw photos. Maybe the lighting could be better, or it would look better if it was slightly rotated.
Digital photos usually need some form of altering before they are finished. Even professional photographers will need to touch up their photos here and there. Here is a brief guide on how to enhance your digital images.
If you’re taking photos of people, you may have some issues with the dreaded red-eye. This can be removed with photo editing software. In Paint Shop Pro you just go to the menu, select Red-Eye Removal and the program does everything for you. Very cool. If you have Ulead PhotoImpact you can go to the Tool Panel and select ‘Remove Red Eye’. The software does all the hard work for you, so it really is as simple as that!
